We are pleased to announce this year?s Paterson Lecture: Professor Sanjoy Bhattacharya, ?Ideas, Adaptive Implementation and Smallpox Eradication: Reorienting Notions of Value and Worth in Global Health.?
Sanjoy Bhattacharya is Professor of Medical and Global Health Histories within the School of History at the University of Leeds in the UK, where he also serves as its permanent Head. Studying histories and contemporary iterations of national, international and global health policy across South Asia, he continues to work with multiple WHO and government departments.
The Paterson Lecture will be delivered in person, followed by a reception, on Saturday, May 27. It is part of our programme at Congress 2023. CongressRegistration is now open. More details to follow.
